Michael received a degree in Music Education from Augusta State University. With this degree, Michael invested his talents as a Music Educator back into his stomping grounds, the Richmond County Public School System, where he currently provides music education to students in the school district, as well as music lessons to others throughout the area. Michael is also the drummer, keyboardist, youth choir director, usher, Sunday school teacher, ordained minister, and an occasional youth revivalist at Friendly Church of God in Christ (COGIC).
Michael’s pastime hobbies are: reading, taking nature walks, listening to and creating music, mentoring young men, playing basketball, dialoguing with respected mentors, and eating. Today, Michael is most excited about pursuing the call of God on his life to teach God’s word and to add value to others by way of coaching them toward a spiritually, emotionally, and physically abundant life. It is also Michael’s goal to obtain financial independence, with the purpose of teaching others about financial literacy so that, collectively, communities are impacted for the better.
